In some areas up to 90% of Rhino Patrol units in Indonesia have fallen ill to malaria seriously effecting conservation efforts of the worlds rarest land mammal - The Javan Rhino, of which now only 50 remain.
These men and women play crucial roles in the survival of this species which would already be extinct if it were not for their efforts.
